“As little as 30 minutes exercise 3 days a week can start to improve your fitness”Welcome to PT Boot camps, the latest outdoor group personal training sessions in the Dorset and Hampshire area. We run ‘non military style’ single sex personal training boot camps. Whether you want to walk a mile or run the London marathon, lose weight, or look good for those special occasions, PT Boot camps can provide the training to reach your goals.

We structure all sessions to suit each level of fitness whether you a complete beginner or been training for months. Our group training methods take into account all parties requirements including goals you may have and any injuries you may be suffering with and structure the sessions to suit. We run PT Boot Camps from 2 different locations in the south. Our first location is at Meyrick Park in Bournemouth Dorset and also from Moyle’s Court School in Ringwood Hampshire. These locations supply fantastic picturesque settings, stimulating hills and the chance to train in great outdoors.

PT Boot camps also provide an extended range of services including 1:1 Personal Training for the clients with more focused and essential goals. Nutritional advice and weight lose challenges to help tackle those extra calories and finally rehabilitation through Sports massage therapy and Osteopathy.
