1:1 Personal Training Sessions These sessions are designed for the individual for whom the bootcamp setup may not suit. This could be due to the times of the bootcamps or the style of training the boot camps provide. These sessions are designed to focus completely upon one individual, which can be more appealing than the PT Boot Camps.
These sessions could be for anyone ranging from a 10k runner to a hammer thrower. Most sports hold more specific goals which can be more easily gained through 1:1 personal sessions. Other examples could be someone who suffers from a condition which requires special consideration for each session in relation to the intensity and quantity.
