Men’s Group Personal Training Boot Camps

Men’s PT Boot Camps are the latest in outdoor training based at Meyrick Park in the heart of Bournemouth. Our sessions are structured for all levels of fitness, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been training for years. Our training methods allow us to provide a fun, challenging and effective means of exercise for all participants. Each bootcamp will last 1 hour consisting of cardio workouts, strength/toning exercises and core stability training. Unlike the women’s boot camps, the focus will be targeting the strength and core stability areas, although weight management and fat burning is still an integral part of our sessions.

Our men’s boot camps allow you to train competitively with a wide group of individuals of a variety of different fitness levels. There is no need to be intimidated any longer; the boot camps give you an opportunity to reach those goals in an exubrent and social environment.
